All information, methods and recommendations given by Chanel Ovenell are not in place or intended to substitute for the diagnosis and healthcare provided by qualified physicians / GP, nor to provide the treatment of illness’s an individual may have.

If you are receiving any medical treatment for ANY condition, (including all physical and psychological), do not make ANY changes / adjustments to any prescribed medication without approval from your healthcare provider first. Always contact your healthcare provider if in any doubt.

Caution: Those who suffer with epilepsy and those who have experienced any form of psychosis / or diagnosed with a psychotic illness are advised to not have any form of hypnosis including RTT.  

Please note that hypnotherapy / Rapid transformational therapy (RTT) alone does not guarantee success. The client needs to want to change and be motivated to change via hypnosis / RTT. During an hypnotherapy / RTT session clients need to follow the instructions and guidance given by Chanel Ovenell to increase chances of success. 

In an event of an emergency and Chanel Ovenell cannot attend your session, you will be informed immediately. Your session/appointment can be rescheduled at the earliest possible time. If you wish to cancel entirely and receive a full refund, this will also be arranged. Please note that refunds take 5-10 business days to process. 

If you wish to cancel your program or RTT session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% program fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full program fee.

Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance without any penalty. If rescheduled 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule twice with no rescheduling fee.  Rescheduling requests made within 24–48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee of £50. Same-day rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations and will be charged the full session fee. However, Chanel will do her best to refill your spot and then no charge will be applied.

If you arrive / attend your session more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled, (if Chanel has a full diary and cannot run over the original times) and you will not receive a refund. 

Hypnotherapy / RTT sessions are structured and a delay of 15 minutes or more does not allow enough time for a complete session. 

On booking your RTT session you will be given further terms & conditions to be read, understood and signed. 

Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your program. This deposit will be applied towards your total program fee. Full payment must be made in accordance with the payment policy below.

Payments:

All session fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. If you prefer to pay in cash, please notify the therapist at the time of booking.
