Anxiety, while closely related to stress, is a more persistent state of worry or fear that significantly impacts daily life. In the UK, 1 in 6 people experience symptoms of anxiety weekly, making it one of the most common mental health challenges (Mental Health Foundation).
Over time, untreated stress and anxiety can escalate into burnout, a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. Burnout affects energy levels, reduces motivation, and can lead to feelings of helplessness and detachment.
Burnout is particularly common in high-pressure environments, where constant demands lead to chronic stress. Symptoms include severe fatigue, reduced concentration, and a decline in productivity, often making it difficult to maintain professional or personal responsibilities. The effects ripple into all areas of life, disrupting sleep, relationships, and overall well-being. Without intervention, burnout can lead to long-term health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, and physical illness.
At Honest Hours Therapy, I specialise in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to help you break free from the grip of stress, anxiety, and burnout. As an RTT therapist, I work with you to uncover the root causes of these challenges, reframe negative thought patterns, and empower you with the tools to regain control of your life.
RTT is a powerful, evidence-based approach that combines hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, and neuroscience to deliver fast, lasting results. My tailored sessions provide a safe and supportive space where you can let go of limiting beliefs, rebuild your energy, and restore your clarity and motivation.
Let me help you transform your stress, anxiety, and burnout into clarity, resilience, and success.

Common Triggers
Stress and anxiety are often triggered by situations or environments that feel overwhelming or out of your control. Some of the most common triggers include:
Work-related pressures: Deadlines, workload, or challenging relationships in the workplace.
Life transitions: Moving, changing jobs, or significant personal events.
Financial concerns: Managing debt, unexpected expenses, or uncertainty about the future.
Social pressures: Fear of judgment, public speaking, or navigating difficult relationships.
Health-related worries: Chronic illness, medical diagnoses, or fears about well-being.
While these triggers are common, every individual’s experience is unique. Stress and anxiety often build over time, making it important to address these challenges early and effectively.
Through targeted support, such as Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), you can identify your specific triggers, develop healthier responses, and regain control over your life. If you’re ready to let go of these challenges, I’m here to help.
Stress and anxiety are significant challenges in the UK, with millions affected annually. Approximately 6 in 100 people are diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) weekly (Mind). Additionally, 8.32 million individuals in England were prescribed antidepressants / anxiety medications in 2021/22, a number that has increased by 34.
Stress and anxiety are significant challenges in the UK, with millions affected annually. Approximately 6 in 100 people are diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) weekly (Mind). Additionally, 8.32 million individuals in England were prescribed antidepressants / anxiety medications in 2021/22, a number that has increased by 34.8% over six years (NHSBSA).
These rising figures highlight a growing reliance on medication and traditional approaches to manage mental health challenges. While medication can provide temporary relief, it often doesn’t address the root causes of stress and anxiety. This is where Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can make a profound difference.
How RTT Can Help:
RTT is an evidence-based, solution-focused therapy that combines hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, and neuroscience to uncover and address the root causes of stress and anxiety. Unlike traditional approaches that may take months or years, RTT is designed to deliver significant, lasting results in just 1-3 sessions.
Identifying Root Causes: RTT helps uncover the subconscious beliefs and triggers that drive stress and anxiety, allowing clients to break free from repetitive patterns.
Empowering Self-Regulation: Clients learn techniques and tools to manage stress and anxiety effectively, this can help reduce the need for ongoing medication or traditional therapy.
Rewiring Negative Thought Patterns: Through hypnotherapy and personalised recordings, RTT rewires the brain for calm, confidence, and resilience.
Promoting Lasting Results: Many clients report significant relief from symptoms and a greater sense of control over their emotions after RTT sessions.
By addressing the underlying causes of stress and anxiety, RTT can help reduce the number of people requiring long-term medication or suffering from unresolved symptoms. It empowers individuals to regain control over their mental health, improving quality of life and reducing the strain on healthcare systems.
If you’re seeking a proven, effective alternative to manage stress and anxiety, RTT could be the transformative approach you need. Together, we can work toward a calmer, more balanced future.
