Discovery call:
A complimentary call which gives us a chance to get to know each other, answer any questions about RTT and hypnotherapy and to see if we are a good therapist-client match (15-20 minutes).

Intake consultation:
30-minute consultation via phone/zoom (client preference) to discuss the presenting reasons for therapy and create a personalised plan together.
Welcome pack:
A personalised welcome pack will include a guide to RTT, what to expect and how to maximise results. This will be tailored to you from our discovery call and intake consultation. The pack will help you prepare for the RTT Session and will include my contact details, support offered throughout your program and after care.
Session preparation:
Documents will be emailed to you after you have booked onto a program for you to read and sign.

RTT Session:
A full RTT session (60 – 90 minutes). An RTT session will combine hypnosis to get to the root cause of the presenting reason and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and psychotherapy therapy tools to help you heal and bring the most profound, long-lasting change.
Personalised Hypnotherapy audio recording:
A personalised audio recording (15-20 minutes) for you to listen to every day at least once (you can listen to it as many times as you would like).
I advise my clients to listen to this once they have settled down for the night before going to sleep.
Support communications:
Optional Email, WhatsApp, Text support during work hours for any queries or feedback you may have or need. (Please don’t refrain from contacting me at any point. I am here to support you and for us to work alongside each other for optimal healing and empowerment)
Check ins:
There will be check in’s which we will arrange to see how you are doing, any changes you’ve noticed, any extra support you may need. These will happen on day 7, 14 and 21 after you have had your RTT session, via phone call.
Daily personalised affirmation list:
Affirmations have been proven to increase the neuroplasticity in our brains, enabling the creation for the ability to adapt, change and grow.
Chanel will provide you with daily affirmations personalised to your sessions.
I advise my clients to start their day with their daily affirmations. Setting a positive tone for their day.
Completion consultation:
This will happen between 21-30 days after your RTT session and will be a time to reflect on your progress and arrange a further RTT session if you require it.
